PAEA has four major events scheduled for 2025: the Education Forum, our Workshops, and two first-ever events, Leadership Essentials Lab and Regional Education Meetings. Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect from each.
Education Forum
When: Oct. 8-11, San Diego
Who: Everyone involved in PA education from program leadership to faculty and administrative staff. Our signature event has something for everyone, including first-time attendees, people new to PA education, and those looking to take a successful career to the next level.
Regional Education Meetings
When: Midwest Meeting, March 21-25, Dayton, Ohio
South Meeting, June 8-12, Decatur, Georgia
Who: These meetings are perfect for anyone involved in PA education in the Midwest or South regions, and are designed for faculty and staff looking to learn, present, network, and collaborate with others in their region.
Workshops
When: In-Person Workshops are held in conjunction with the Education Forum and Regional Education Meetings
Virtual Workshops are held throughout the year online
Who: Each workshop is on a specific topic or designed for a particular audience. Check out the options to see which ones best fit your needs. They range from role-based workshops such as Faculty Skills 101 for new faculty, to topic-based workshops in areas such as program assessment or leadership.
Leadership Essentials Lab
When: March 3-5, Washington D.C.
Who: Designed specifically for aspiring leaders or anyone who wants to brush up on the skills essential to leading oneself, others, and organizations.
