PAEA Recognized with Global Great Place To Work® Certification™ 

PAEA has been recognized with one of the most sought-after business awards, the Great Place To Work^® Certification^™, which is awarded annually to top US companies. This prestigious certification is recognized worldwide as the global benchmark for identifying and recognizing high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures and is based entirely on employee experience.   

PAEA’s Chief People Officer Kendall Williams oversees PAEA’s talent development and employee experience, which includes designing development opportunities for staff, maintaining regular communication touch points, and seeking feedback to support continuous improvement.  “The certification demonstrates PAEA’s commitment to being a high-performing organization,” she explained. “We understand that providing the best service to our members requires us to attract and keep the best talent. This certification will help us do just that.” 

This year’s efforts included: 

• Designing an in-person staff retreat that allowed our remote workforce to connect and offered professional development training on communication, building trust, psychological safety, and project management.
• Introducing a new Professional Capabilities Framework–a tool that supports continuous professional growth and allows employees to understand expectations–and creating Individual Development Plans, formal documents to help each staff member improve their performance, reach career goals, and learn new skills.
• Launching internal PAEA staff awards in alignment with PAEA internal values (Safe, Supportive, Trustworthy, Impactful) to recognize excellence and leadership across the Association 
• Creating fun and meaningful engagement opportunities, such as a recent Summer Staff Olympics Challenge.
