CASPA Policies and Procedures
Participating programs should reference the below manuals for guidance on the step-by-step process for each application cycle.
2025-26 CASPA Program User Agreement

Annually, PAEA asks each member program to complete the CASPA Program User Agreement to confirm their use of the PAEA Admissions suite of products. If you need to send the agreement through legal review first, you can share the PDF version by clicking the image. If you have assumed the role of Program Director after October 23, 2024 please reach out to our team at CASPA@PAEAonline.org so we can redirect the agreement to you.
CASPA Final Action Decision Guide

The Final Action Decision Guide is designed to help navigate the process of reporting final action decisions for applicants into WebAdMIT within fourteen (14) calendar days after the matriculation of a class.
End-of-Cycle Reports

When the application cycle closes in April annually PAEA releases end-of-cycle applicant and matriculant data via cycle-to-cycle comparison reports. You can access those reports below.
In this Applicant Trend Report, an ‘Applicant’ is considered any student who applies to a program using CASPA.

In this Matriculant Report, “Matriculants” are students identified by the programs(s) as being accepted and assigned the final decision code of “matriculated” in WebAdMIT.
