Mercy College of Ohio is preparing for our 5th cohort of PA students, and we need your help!

Our full-time and part-time faculty, adjuncts, and other instructional faculty support teaching our small class size of up to 30 PA students in our 7-semester, 118 credit hour program.

The PA Program features the Team Based Learning teaching pedagogy along with some traditional lecture-based courses. Lab sessions are typically Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. For full time PA faculty, there is opportunity for the equivalent of one day during the work week to squeeze in a clinical day. Full time faculty are typically on campus 40 hours a week.

The PA faculty team have proven themselves very flexible to cover all Program needs, from data collection and analysis, to accreditation, to teaching. With careful consideration to future succession planning of our Program's leadership roles, we are ready to readjust our duties to accommodate the next great fit to our team.
